These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website flynow.sa and any related pages, content, media and digital services operated by FlyNow Arabia Limited (شركة فلاي ناو العربية المحدودة) (“FlyNow”, “we”, “us” or “our”) (together, the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
1—About FlyNow
FlyNow Arabia Limited is a company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and headquartered in Riyadh. FlyNow is active in the field of advanced air mobility and develops the eCopter, an electrically powered aircraft intended for passenger transport, cargo logistics, emergency medical response and firefighting support applications.
References on the Website to FlyNow may include affiliated entities of the FlyNow group where the context so requires.
2—Purpose of the Website
The Website is provided for general information, corporate communication and marketing purposes only. It is intended to present FlyNow, its technology, its development programme, its partners and its activities to the public, to media representatives, to prospective partners and to other interested parties.
Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, invitation, solicitation, commitment or binding undertaking to sell, lease, supply or operate any aircraft, product, component or service, nor an offer of securities or an invitation to invest.
3—Aircraft, Technology and Performance Information
Information published on the Website concerning aircraft design, technology, configurations, dimensions, range, payload, endurance, speed, noise levels, emissions, energy consumption, operating parameters and similar characteristics is indicative and provided for illustrative purposes.
